The artist I chose to feature this month is a neighbor, friend and a wonderful mixed media artist! An artist I admire for his great craftsmanship and altogether down to earth personality.

Ron Robinson – Artist Biography

Ron began his journey in to Art starting in 1993 with courses from the Alberta College of Art and Design and Red Deer College.  This was pre-dated with a Diploma in Architectural Technology and an Education Degree, where over 20 years he taught Industrial and Vocational Education before teaching 3D Art for the last 5 years of his teaching career.  Ron currently works out of his home studio, working in sculpture, mixed media and printmaking.
